Established in 1953 for the use of Diocese of Jackson and the Diocese of Biloxi for the education of seminarians. Funds are donated by Mississippi Councils and distributed annually at the State Convention.

Established in honor of Bishop William R. Houck of the Diocese of Jackson on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood by Catholic schools in the Diocese of Jackson. Contributions are accepted through the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of Jackson.
