After you enter the names and press Submit, the next screen will present a pair of Delegate Slips ready for printing. You must print the slip and the Financial Secretary of the Council certify the names with a signature and Council Seal if available. Delegates are to present these slips to the Delegate Registrar at convention.
To replace or amend list of delegates you previously submitted, complete a new delegate registration form for all delegates. The new list will replace all the delegates previously submitted. At this time there is not a way to replace or add single delegates to a list previously submitted.
Entries for Delegate or Alternate: All fields must be completed for each delegate submitted.
